Our company's gas heat treatment furnace adopts fully automatic control, high-temperature resistant fans installed inside the furnace to enhance convective homogenization heating, and multi-point temperature control for furnace temperature measurement and control. The temperature difference inside the furnace can be controlled within the range, fully ensuring the uniformity of product heating during the heat treatment process. In the cooling process of quenching and tempering of medium and high carbon chromium molybdenum alloy steel (selected material for semi-automatic mill lining plate), our company has selectively selected slow cooling quenching oil as the cooling medium to fully ensure its heat treatment quality. The configuration of the cooling water tank and the strong convection stirring system in accordance with the national standard capacity requirements for heat treatment provides strong assurance for the cooling effect of products that require rapid cooling during the heat treatment process, thereby ensuring the heat treatment quality of the wear-resistant lining plate. In the final inspection process of the product, our company's quality inspection department conducted a comprehensive inspection of the appearance quality, assembly dimensions, and heat treatment hardness of the inspected products with 100% full coverage, ensuring the installation and working quality of the products.Our company has a dedicated R&D team, with 9 R&D personnel, accounting for 20.45%. In 2023, the R&D investment was 1.6 million yuan, accounting for 5.26%. At present, 8 utility model patents have been obtained, 2 invention patents are awaiting substantive examination proposals, and 7 new utility model patents and 2 invention patents have been applied for.
